Transforming Lives with Purpose, Compassion and Action

At Adgulsa Welfare Foundation, we believe that “every life matters” can be transformed with the proper support, care, and opportunity. We are committed to building a better and more inclusive society through five focus areas. Each program reflects our commitment to building a just and empowered society, especially for the underprivileged in Jharkhand.

Child Welfare
(Education-based Initiatives)

We believe that education is the strongest tool for breaking the cycle of poverty. Through our initiatives such as Faith Sprout Preschool, and Grace & Growth Tutorial Centre, we provide quality education, holistic development, and equal opportunities for children from marginalised communities.

Women Empowerment

Empowering women means empowering entire families and communities. Through programs like the Swarojgar Silai Centre, we create opportunities for women to gain vocational skills, achieve financial independence, and strengthen their role as change-makers in society.

Social Awareness

“Our Social Awareness initiatives focus on educating communities about key issues such as health, environment, and social responsibilities. Through campaigns, workshops, and outreach programs, we aim to inspire positive change and build a more informed and responsible society.”

Spritual Upliftment

Through the Body of Christ Ministry, we work towards the moral and spiritual growth of individuals and communities. 

Elderly Care

Our Elderly Care initiative provides dignity, support, and companionship to senior citizens who are often neglected or abandoned. We ensure their well-being through shelter, healthcare, and emotional support, creating a safe and compassionate environment where they can live with respect and peace.

Why Our Work Matters

  • Over 1 in 3 children in Jharkhand drop out before high school.
  • Nearly 25% of women in rural India have no source of income.
  • A growing number of older people live alone, neglected and unsupported.
  • Jharkhand's forest cover is depleting, and climate awareness is low.
