Why This Program?

Many children in rural Jharkhand struggle with schoolwork due to lack of guidance at home and limited resources in government schools. Without help, they fall behind, lose confidence, and often drop out. Grace & Growth Tutorial Centre provides academic support, mentorship, and a safe learning space for children to thrive.

What We Do

Competitive Learning: Coaching for exams specially for Sainik School, Navodaya Vidyalaya, Central Hindu School and Netarhat Residential School.
Mentorship: Building discipline, confidence and values.
Safe Space: A supportive environment where children feel cared for.

Why it Matters

In Jharkhand, dropout rate in upper primary is 8%, higher than the national average.
Around 55% of rural students need extra learning support outside school.
Tutoring increases learning outcomes by 20% – 30%.

Why This Program?

The first five years of a child’s life are critical for brain development, emotional growth, and social skills. Yet in rural areas, many children enter school without early education, leaving them behind from the start. Faithsprout Preschool ensures that children from underprivileged families begin their journey with confidence, curiosity, and strong values.

Play-based Learning: Activities that encourage creativity and imagination.
Early Literacy & Numeracy: Basics of reading, writing and counting.
Holistic Growth: Storytelling, rhymes and moral lessons.
