At Adgulsa Welfare Foundation, we believe that “every life matters” can be transformed with the proper support, care, and opportunity. Our programs are designed to address the core challenges of poverty, education, healthcare, environment, women’s empowerment, and dignity for all. Please take a look at our six major initiatives below. Each program reflects our commitment to building a just and empowered society, especially for the underprivileged in Jharkhand and beyond.
Education is the first step toward breaking the cycle of poverty. Swapnadeep provides accessible and nurturing education to children in rural and undeveloped areas, laying strong academic and spiritual foundations through Faith Sprout Preschool.
Children and youth in remote areas often miss out on competitive learning. Spark Minds empowers them through tuition and coaching classes for school success and exams with centres like Grace & Growth Tutorial in Bano and Ranchi.
Women deserve equal opportunities and the power to shape their futures. Through vocational training at Swarojgar Silai Centres and confidence-building programs, we’re helping women earn, lead, and inspire change in their communities.
Many elderly individuals face abandonment and loneliness. Saath offers them a family, care, shelter, and emotional support, ensuring they live the rest of their life with love, dignity, and peace.
Environmental change starts with awareness and prayerful action. This unique initiative blends spiritual reflection with eco-education, encouraging tree plantation drives, waste management, and community clean-ups to protect God’s creation.
To achieve lasting change, we must create opportunities. This initiative aims to establish sustainable businesses that provide jobs for those empowered by our education and training programs, thus closing the loop between support and self-reliance.

Adgulsa Welfare Foundation is a registered non-profit organisation dedicated to uplifting underprivileged communities in India, particularly in Jharkhand.
