Mr. Premdan Topno

Secretary | Program Head – Udaan

Mr. Premdan oversees the foundation’s operations and leads Udaan – Wings of Work, a program that creates employment for individuals trained in skill-based initiatives. With an MSc in Visual Communication and an MBA in HR & Marketing, he brings a strategic approach to social upliftment. Premdan’s experience in media and retail provides practical knowledge in communication, research, and outreach, helping bridge the gap between education and sustainable employment.

Mr. Salan Topno

Joint - Secretary | Program Head – Paryavaran Prarthana

Mr. Salan Topno, a retired ONGC employee and former Ambassador at Jesus Calls, serves as Joint Secretary at Adgulsa Welfare Foundation. He leads Paryavaran Prarthana, an initiative focused on environmental awareness and spiritual teachings. With his experience in both corporate and ministry roles, Mr. Salan promotes eco-conscious living and community engagement through prayer, plantation drives, and eco-awareness programs.

Ms. Sunita Topno

Director - Swarojgar / Nari Sakti

Ms. Sunita Topno is the Director of Swarojgar/Nari Shakti. She has completed her B.A. and M.A. in History and received vocational training from a certified Silai Centre. Earlier, she worked as a vocational teacher at Sagar Jyoti Vidya Sagar (NGO), where she trained women in stitching and tailoring. With a heart for service and empowerment, she now leads Adgulsa’s women-focused initiative, helping women and girls gain skills, confidence, and opportunities for a better future.

Mr. Niranjan Kumar

Area Coordinaor | Mentor - Faith Sprout Preschool

Mr. Niranjan serves as the Area Coordinator and mentor for early childhood education at Faithsprout Preschool. He has one year of experience teaching children from rural areas of Chhattisgarh and currently teaches preschool children in Bano, Jharkhand.

Mr. Subhash Bauri

Area Coordinator | Mentor - Grace & Growth Tutorial Centre

Mr. Subhash Bauri is the Area Coordinator and mentor at Grace & Growth Tutorial Centre. With over two years of experience in community teaching, he is currently involved in educating children from underprivileged backgrounds in Bano, Jharkhand.

Adgulsa Welfare Foundation is a registered non-profit organisation dedicated to uplifting underprivileged communities in India, particularly in Jharkhand.
