Founder & Chairman
Mr. Amandeep is the Founder and Chairman of Adgulsa Welfare Foundation. From an early age, Mr Amandeep has been deeply committed to the community’s welfare. Raised with a strong sense of responsibility and compassion, he began tutoring children in his local area when he was just 11 years old. His early experiences shaped his vision. In November 2021, he established the Body of Christ Ministry and co-founded a missionary school in February 2022 to educate children from an economically disadvantaged background. These early initiatives laid the foundation for the birth of Adgulsa Welfare Foundation. As the Founder, Mr. Amandeep is responsible for setting the foundation’s vision and strategy, overseeing its growth, and guiding its operations. His leadership has been instrumental in shaping the foundation’s programs, focusing on education, healthcare, and economic empowerment. He is also dedicated to environmental sustainability and spiritual development, aiming to create a holistic approach to community upliftment. Through his leadership, Adgulsa continues to grow and reach more communities across India, working towards a brighter future for all.
Co-Founder, Vice Chairman & Director of Child Welfare
Dr. Anita is the Co-founder and Director of Child Welfare at Adgulsa Welfare Foundation. With a PhD in Mass Communication and an MSc in Visual Communication, Dr. Anita brings knowledge and experience to the foundation’s educational programs. Before co-founding the foundation, she worked as a media teacher in SS+2 high school, where she realised the transformative power of education in shaping children’s future. As the Co-founder, Dr. Anita has played a pivotal role in defining the foundation’s goals, structure, and programs. Her efforts focus on child welfare, where she works tirelessly to ensure that underprivileged children receive quality education, nourishment, and emotional support.
Dr. Anita’s vision is to build a society where every child has the opportunity to grow, learn, and thrive. She leads the foundation’s educational initiatives, ensuring no child is left behind in pursuit of a better future.
From a young age, I carried a deep desire in my heart to serve those often forgotten by society. Growing up, I witnessed the struggles of children who couldn't attend school, women who lacked opportunities, and families with limited access to healthcare and resources. These experiences shaped a calling in me to take action.
Adgulsa Welfare Foundation was born out of the dream to build a platform where the underprivileged can receive education, support, and hope for a better tomorrow. With God's grace and the strength of a committed team, we have taken our first steps toward that vision.
Our foundation is still in its early stages, but even small actions can bring significant change when done with love and faith. Every program we run, whether helping a child go to school, empowering women through skill training, or supporting older people, comes from a place of compassion and a desire to serve.
