Home – About
Established on November 8, 2024, we are a non-profit organisation dedicated to uplifting the underprivileged and building resilient communities across India, particularly in the tribal regions of Jharkhand. We are registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act 2013, listed on the NGO Darpan portal (NITI Aayog), ISO 9001:2015 certified, and hold 12A and 80G certifications, which ensure credibility, accountability, and CSR eligibility.
The name “Adgulsa” reflects our purpose:
Rooted in these values, our guiding belief is that “Every Life Matters.” Our primary focus areas are education, women’s empowerment, health and nutrition, elderly care, environmental conservation, and social awareness.
With our main office in Ranchi and an active branch in Bano, our grassroots presence enables us to respond effectively to the unique challenges faced by tribal and rural communities. By blending compassion, faith, and sustainable development, we empower individuals to rise with dignity and become agents of change in their own lives. Our programmes are not just initiatives but are carefully designed to create a sustainable and meaningful impact. We provide early childhood education through the Faithsprout Preschool and academic support through the Grace & Growth Tutorial Centre. Women gain tailoring and stitching skills at the Swarojgar Silai Centre, helping them move towards self-reliance. Additionally, we run initiatives focused on spiritual and environmental awareness, elderly care under the Saath programme, and Udaan, our employment-linked initiatives that open doors to dignified livelihoods and holistic transformation. A team of dedicated individuals leads the Adgulsa Welfare Foundation, each bringing their unique skills and experiences to the table. We strive to bring hope, healing, and transformation—one life at a time.
The Adgulsa Welfare Foundation embodies a shared vision to serve humanity with compassion, integrity, and faith. What began as a personal mission has evolved into a well-established organisation dedicated to uplifting underprivileged communities through education, empowerment, and spiritual outreach. The journey commenced with Mr. Amandeep, the Founder and Chairman of the foundation. From a young age, he exhibited a strong commitment to social welfare. At just 11 years old, he began tutoring children in his local community, driven to address the disparities that marginalised families face. On July 15, 2021, Mr. Amandeep encountered the Lord Jesus Christ and accepted him as his Saviour. This transformative moment deepened his spiritual calling. He was baptised on August 15, 2021. During the COVID-19 lockdown in November 2021, he founded the Body of Christ Ministry, utilising social media platforms to conduct virtual prayer sessions and continue teaching children from the slums of Gaya, Bihar.
In February 2022, he co-founded a missionary school in Patna, Bihar, to educate underprivileged children. In January 2023, a significant collaboration began when Mr. Amandeep met Dr. Anita during a prayer meeting. United by a shared vision and faith-driven purpose, they joined hands in service. Dr. Anita & family played a key role in establishing the Body of Christ Ministry office in Ranchi, Jharkhand, which continues to serve as the base for prayer meetings and community outreach initiatives. With the help of the Holy Spirit and community support, the Adgulsa Welfare Foundation was registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, on November 8, 2024.
Today, the foundation is jointly operated by Mr. Amandeep, Dr. Anita, and her family, working together to advance the mission of holistic community development. Operating primarily in Ranchi and Bano, the foundation focuses on strategic programs addressing educational, spiritual, and socio-economic needs. These initiatives include Swapnadeep – A Ray of School (including Faith Sprout Preschool), Spark Mind – A Competitive Learning program offering tuition and coaching classes to underprivileged children, Swarojgar/Nari Shakti – a Women’s Empowerment Initiative that empowers women through skill development, Saath – Shelter of Dignity for senior citizens, Paryavaran Pararthana – Promoting ecological awareness alongside spiritual growth and Udaan – Wings of Work is an initiative which is to create employment opportunities.
The Adgulsa Welfare Foundation is a unified effort grounded in faith, guided by purpose. Under the collaborative leadership of Mr. Amandeep, Dr. Anita, and family, the foundation is steadfast in its commitment to sustainable, inclusive, and compassionate service, ensuring a lasting impact on the lives it touches.
